  • Provides opportunities for students to debate with other high schools

  • Offered as a class and a teacher signature is required
Forensics

  • Provides opportunities for competitive speech
  • Offered as a class, but adviser will meet with interested students after school

Key Club
  • Sponsor: Mrs. Peterson, Mr. Michalski, Mrs. Grieco (Room 230)
  • Voluntary basis
  • Anyone can join
  • They sponsor a Clothing Drive, and a Canned Food Drive
  • They aim to involve students in the school and community
Quiz Bowl
  • Competes on a regular basis against other high schools by answering knowledge questions in a game show format
S.A.D.D.

  • Aim is to make students aware of the affects of drinking and driving

Science Olympiad
  • Sponsor: Ms. Higgin
  • Anyone can join
  • Major activity in March
  • The club's purpose is to have fun with science and engineering
Ski Club
  • We go on a ski weekend to Schuss Mountain at Shanty Creek during the 2nd weekend in February each year. There will be an informational meetings sometime in November. Students should listen to morning announcements for more information.
Student Council
  • Sponsor: Mrs. Hodsdon
  • Published rules
  • Students are selected via an election process in the spring of the preceding year
  • Many activities including Homecoming and carnival
Thespian Society
  • Sponsor: Mr. Kaczmarczyk
  • Their main purpose is to support fall and spring productions
  • Anyone can join
V.I.C.A.
  • Sponsor: Mr. Boes/Mr. Newman
  • Follows the national V.I.C.A. rules
  • Students must be in a vocational high school welding program to join
  • Major activities: V.I.C.A. Welding Regional, State, and National Toys for Tots
